About the Opportunity

Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Advisor to join our team at Law Absolute in London. As a key member of our financial regulation practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development and marketing plans, assisting in client targeting, and raising the practice's external profile.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development and marketing plans to support the practice.
  • Assist in client targeting, product-specific business development, and internal and external profile raising.
  • Take full responsibility for one of the practice's subgroups and a sector, developing robust business plans and ensuring alignment with the wider practice strategy.
  • Raise the practice's external profile through product or market-specific campaigns, thought leadership, PR, client and industry events, and online presence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a law firm, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of disputes and ability to produce quality pitches.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including partners and associates.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum and hybrid working options are available. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development.
