About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Officer to join our team at Prime Personnel UK. As a Settlements Officer, you will play a crucial role in the processing of settlements, payments, and reconciliations within our busy Operations area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process settlements, including FX, MM, IRS, Bonds, and CD's, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process payments via SWIFT, CHAPS, and Faster Payments, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in treasury settlements, including FX, IRS, Bonds, and SWIFT payments, gained within a banking environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in SWIFT, Euroclear, Midas, Tram, and IntelliMatch.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week in our London office. We offer a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension.
