Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a leading Facilities Maintenance company, we offer a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including commercial, fit out, retail, and data centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in facilities maintenance and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
