About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Support Assistant to join our team at Uddingston Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries.
- Maximise the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained.
- Ensure the surgery is set up appropriately for each session to maximise efficiency.
- Anticipate the requirements of clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment is in place.
- Monitor surgery stocks to maintain appropriate levels.
- Undertake reception duties when required, including answering the telephone and making appointments.
About You
- You must be GDC registered.
- You must have experience working in Private/NHS practices.
- You must be willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care.
- You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- You must be enthusiastic and have an appetite to learn and develop new skills.
