Caregiver for Vulnerable Youth

S.N.G Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join their team in Manchester. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

The salary for this role is approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our flexible working hours allow you to balance work and personal commitments, ensuring you have a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you will provide tailored support to children and young people with challenging behavior, mental health issues, learning difficulties, and autism. You will engage in a variety of activities, including supporting young people, conducting checks, and performing light cleaning duties.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar environment
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desired)
• Proven skills in working with children/young people in residential settings or as a teaching assistant for children with special needs
