Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Global Accounting Network is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a great opportunity for a part or newly qualified finance professional to develop their career in a commercial role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform P&L analysis and monthly reporting on performance
  • Conduct variance analysis and KPI reporting
  • Review costs and support business units with cost control
  • Review the balance sheet monthly and deliver month-end results
  • Present the period's finance results to senior management
  • Attend and lead finance meetings for business units
  • Review aged debtors to support with minimising debt
  • Partner with budget-holders to provide financial guidance
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Accruals and deferrals
  • Work closely with other Finance Business Partners to improve processes and ensure consistent support across sites

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA studier (ideally finalist) or qualified
  • Conventional finance background including exposure to month-end reporting
  • Experience analysing and interpreting financial information
  • Keen to progress their career in a commercial role
  • Experience within a site-based business, ideally in a construction/facilities/engineering business or similar
