Farm Labourer Trainee

Job Summary:
A key role for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our farming team as a Farm Labourer Trainee. This position will involve working alongside experienced staff to develop skills in crop production, livestock management, and estate maintenance.

Salary & Benefits:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive additional benefits, including on-the-job training, day release to Brooksby College, and regular Health and Safety training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with working with machinery, livestock, crop production, and estate maintenance
* Work with friendly full-time staff who will invest their time and experience
* Receive additional training and qualifications offered as required
* Participate in regular Health and Safety training
* Safely operate and maintain farm machinery
