MS Society Volunteer Engagement and Communications Lead

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Volunteer Engagement and Communications team, ensuring a high-quality programme of engagement, communication, learning, and development across our volunteer community.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and providing high-quality communications and engagement activities to volunteers and volunteer managers during a period of change.
This is a fixed-term contract until 27 February 2026. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £44,681 per annum, based on the job description and location in London with flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Volunteer Engagement and Communications team.
- Ensure a high-quality programme of engagement, communication, learning, and development across our volunteer community.
- Implement a new Volunteer Management System.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
