Senior Surveyor to Associate Partner

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Infrastructure Services division as an Associate Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from routing and construction to consultancy services, and to contribute to the development of our team and systems.
About the Team
Our Infrastructure Services division works with clients across various sectors, including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients' specific requirements and industry developments, and on maintaining and developing our professional team and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Project managing from routing to construction and completion
- Providing consultancy services associated with benchmarking, procedures, and management systems
- Advising clients on all aspects of their interactions with landowners
- Liaising with landowners and dealing with public enquiries
- Supporting on wider projects across the business
- Reporting directly to clients on progression with projects
- Supporting the training and mentoring of our graduates in the team
Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications (preferably)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels
- The ability to self-manage in order to meet deadlines
- Experience in building strong, lasting relationships, networking, and promoting the business
- Excellent people skills with the ability to influence decisions
- Outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication
