About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrician to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation, and compliance work, including Inspection and Testing and completion of EICRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation work in a domestic setting
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Perform Inspection and Testing and complete EICRs as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver refurbished kitchens and bathrooms
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • AM2
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS check required
