About the Role:

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our client's team in the financial sector. As a Lead Full Stack Web Developer, you will play a key role in growing the team and taking on a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex web applications using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Collaborate with junior developers to upskill and mentor them in their roles
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement technical solutions to business problems
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and products
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full stack web development with a strong background in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies
