Culinary Specialist

Aspris Children's Services is proud to offer a rewarding career opportunity for a talented Culinary Specialist to join our catering team at Sketchley Hall School.

We are seeking a passionate and organized individual who can promote healthy eating, provide varied meals that meet the required care standards, and contribute to the wellbeing of our children and young people.

In this role, you will be responsible for cooking within the school, menu planning, shopping, and adhering to set budgets to deliver healthy, varied, and nutritious diets for young people and staff. You will also ensure that the kitchen and associated areas are kept to a high standard of hygiene, including food and equipment storage.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, previous experience preparing and cooking meals in a professional kitchen environment, and excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
