Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in all branch processes, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers and patients.
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice.
- Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately.

Total Working Hours: 16hrs
Working Pattern: Thursday 2pm-6pm Friday 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break) Saturday 9am-1pm
