We are seeking a Mathematics Education Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of teaching mathematics at secondary level, and will be able to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality education to our students.

The main areas of responsibility for this role will include:

  • Implementing and delivering the mathematics curriculum
  • Monitoring and supporting the progress of students
  • Facilitating a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
  • Contributing to raising standards of student attainment
  • Sharing and supporting the academy's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the theory and practice of effective teaching and learning, and will be able to communicate positively with parents, carers and other external agencies where necessary.
