We are seeking an experienced Registered Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home in Islington, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with residents to understand their mental health requirements and develop personalized care plans.
  • Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
