  • Provide administrative support to various teams and managers within the Public Health department.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks, including minute taking and data management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • HNC in Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, including MS Teams.
