Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Practitioner to join our Weight Management team at Livewell Southwest. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist care and support to patients with morbid obesity and co-morbidities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist assessment and management of patients referred to the Weight Management service from primary and secondary care.
  • Undertake all aspects of clinical practice as an autonomous practitioner, including managing clinical risk within your caseload.
  • Participate in service audit to assess the effectiveness of the service and contribute to evidence-based audit and research projects.
  • Support other multi-disciplinary members of the Weight Management team as required.
