Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Coordinator to join our team at the Manchester Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- To support the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, technicians, supervisors and management teams.
- To provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- To liaise closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, technicians and field management.
- To assist with controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the service centre.
- To ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the service centre manager and supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organising own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
Working Hours
The role will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work.
Salary
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
