Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at R J Property Developments. As a multi-trade specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including plaster boarding, carpentry, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out plaster boarding and 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work to a high standard
  • Fitting kitchens and bathrooms, including installation of fixtures and fittings
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks, including pipe fitting and repair
  • Paint and decorate properties to a high standard
  • Undertake other site tasks as required, including general maintenance and repair work
  • Work on various trade projects, including renovation and refurbishment work

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and take direction as needed
  • Own van and tools (essential for the role)
  • Initiative and willingness to help others when needed

Working Arrangements:

  • Temp to perm or freelance opportunity
  • Contract length: 2 months
  • Hourly rate: £18.00-£25.00
  • Monday to Friday working hours
