About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Community Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes during weekends, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care needs.
  • Engage in meaningful weekend activities with clients, such as hobbies, outings, and social events.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, understanding and catering to each client's unique weekend needs and preferences.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the varying weekend needs of clients, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any significant changes in a client's condition.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your caregiving skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
