Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to join our team as a Senior People Advisor. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing process support and advisory on global HR processes, including ASR, ESES, PDP, talent review, succession planning, and training and support in implementing them regionally or within specified markets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance to managers on employment policies and labour law in multiple countries within your region.
- Offer training and support in using ServiceNow, Workday, and other supporting technologies and resources.
- Participate actively in HR processes, such as onboarding activities and people-related campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and documents within your region.
- Participate in HR projects as relevant and required.
- An experienced HR generalist with knowledge of global and local regulatory variations.
- Knowledge of employee relations processes and case management.
- Proficient in using HR technology, preferably with Workday experience.
- Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams.
- Previous experience from working in a people function or similar relevant experience as project manager or process expert.
- Strong English language skills spoken and in writing.
- Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field).
