Concrete Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at Heidelberg Materials UK. As a Concrete Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our batching plant, ensuring that concrete is produced to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the batching plant and ensure that concrete is produced in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the production of concrete, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the batching plant and equipment to ensure that they are in good working order and that any defects or issues are reported and addressed promptly.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are aware of and comply with company procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the batching plant is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all waste disposals, water discharges, and dust emissions are dealt with in accordance with environmental procedures.
- Perform any other relevant duties as requested by management.
