Community Care Leader

As a Care Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across our services.
This involves working closely with care coordinators to develop and implement effective care plans, supervising care workers to promote best practice, and conducting regular risk and needs assessments to inform service delivery.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
- Supervising care workers to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care
- Conducting regular risk and needs assessments to inform care planning and support service users' independence
