**Job Title:** Chef de Partie

**Job Type:** Full-time, Term-time Contract

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Scattergoods Agency. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes

**Working Hours:**

This is a term-time role, working 36 weeks per year. The working hours will be 5/7 days, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm, and weekends 11am-7pm. The weekend schedule will be 2 on, 1 off, then 2 on, 2 off.
