About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team at Impact Food Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing exceptional catering services to the education sector.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager in supervising kitchen areas, working collaboratively with the catering team to deliver a high-quality service, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and restaurant areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising kitchen staff and assisting the Chef Manager in menu planning and preparation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
  • Ensuring the efficient running of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
  • Collaborating with the catering team to achieve business objectives and improve services
