About the Role
At IBM, we're seeking a skilled Agile Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate project teams' performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. As a Scrum Master, you'll drive project direction, metric definition, and performance management, ensuring timely and efficient status reports.

Your Key Responsibilities
This role is ideal for a strong problem solver who can work closely with senior management and the Head of Operations to deliver key projects. Your tasks may include:

  1. Extracting data from internal systems and formatting it in Excel or Power BI
  2. Auditing records, facilitating action lists, and providing support for the CIC management team
  3. Supporting new starters and performing ad-hoc tasks for business events

Required Skills and Expertise

  1. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
  2. At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team, applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  3. Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
  4. Experience with Agile approaches like XP, Kanban, and widely successful techniques
  5. Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook mail, and web-based systems
  6. Ability to compile and format data for dashboards and reports

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  1. Managing delivery through GDS assessments and phases
  2. Applying Agile and Lean tools and techniques
  3. Building and maintaining teams, ensuring motivation and collaboration
  4. Responsible for integrating the Digital delivery plan with the wider Project plan
  5. Identifying obstacles and helping the team overcome them
