About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst Tester to join our team at FNZ Group. As a Business Analyst Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business solutions that meet client requirements
  • Perform technical analysis of platform capabilities and business processes
  • Develop and maintain a fair knowledge of platform functionality and business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met
  • Ensure acceptance criteria for each story is defined and covers both positive and negative testing scenarios
  • Write and produce artefacts to support testing activities
  • Perform structured and context-driven system, system integration and regression testing
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Understanding of financial markets and software delivery
