Salary: £160-£175 per day - Own Van

Regen Solutions is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out reactive and planned works across the CT postcode area of Kent in a social housing environment.

Day rate of £160-£175 per day dependent on experience, and operatives will need their own van and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, taps, basins, patch plastering, full walls and ceilings.
  • Experience in Carpentry, Plastering, Plumbing and/or Tiling
  • Social housing experience
  • A UK full valid driving license
  • Own Van
