Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Store Director to join our team at Moss. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role
  • You will lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • With a focus on business growth and development, you will continually guide and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • You will be an ambassador for the Moss brand, possessing a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and revenue growth.
  2. Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Ensure efficient store operations, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and inventory management.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to inform business decisions.

About You:

  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • You have a proven track record in retail operations, with experience in customer service, sales, and visual merchandising.
  • You are passionate about fashion and committed to staying up-to-date with global trends and industry developments.

Salary Estimate: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Location: Our stores across the UK.
