Pastoral Development Officer

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Pastoral Development Officer to join our team at Greenford High School. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed. This will involve developing and implementing targeted interventions, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and contributing to whole-school initiatives to promote student wellbeing and inclusion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to use data to identify areas for improvement
