We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Systems Analyst to join our client's Group Treasury function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an outstanding work ethic, and work individually on projects as well as part of a dynamic team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing e-banking systems and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ensuring all static data is correct, user profiles are documented with appropriate Segregation of Duties (SODs), and user access is reviewed on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement initiatives to move business usage away from the banking portal to the Target Operating Model of centralized ERP and TMS with H2H payments and statements.
  • Proactively identify ways to further automate activities and add value to back-office operations.
  • Work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of daily banking activities and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure timely trade capture in internal systems, process life-cycle events, and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Design and lead daily processes and system workflows, ensuring proper functioning of day-to-day controls.
  • Implement new TMS functionality to support enhanced cash management initiatives.
  • Take ownership of Treasury systems, acting as the Subject Matter Expert providing knowledge/technical support to the team.

Requirements

A successful Treasury Systems Analyst should have:

  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic results, preferably in Finance or Economics.
  • Preference for 2-3 years of previous Corporate Treasury experience.
  • Excel skills and system skills, such as TMS, schedulers, Bank portal, and Power BI.
