Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and flexible Founders Assistant to support our Founder, Penny, in managing her time effectively and ensuring the smooth operation of the business. This role will cover a wide range of activities, from research and diary management to systems and tech, marketing, people operations, finance, events, legal, customer experience, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the business internally, including onboarding new staff, ensuring systems are up-to-date, and researching and market mapping.
  • Support Penny in managing her time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and making an impact.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Requirements
  • Transferable skills dealing with difficult situations, managing stakeholders, managing complex projects, making an impact, creating order out of chaos, solving problems, and using initiative.
  • High levels of flexibility, motivation, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Commercial, organized, smart, trustworthy, and flexible.
  • Interest in the world of People/Talent/Operations/Marketing, Executive Search/Recruitment, and Tech/Start-ups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with Excel, MS 365, and social media.
