Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership on pipeline projects, working closely with our project engineering group to ensure the successful delivery of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform engineering design activities for onshore and offshore rigid pipelines, including concept selection, FEED, and execution phase.
  • Manage and direct a team of discipline engineers and designers, ensuring the quality of pipeline work and managing man hours of discipline resources.
  • Supervise, review, and check pipeline activities, including philosophies, specifications, routing studies, mechanical design, and calculations.
  • Liaise with other disciplines, including process, material, and corrosion, during project execution phase.
  • Keep abreast of pipeline design standards requirements and correct application of Company HSEQ policies.
  • Undertake short-term visits to operating sites and Eni regional offices worldwide.
Requirements
  • Working experience in the Oil and Gas industry with respect to rigid offshore and onshore pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software, such as DNVGL pipelines design suite (SESAM pipeline package, PET, AutoPipe, SAGE Profile, AGA).
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
Qualifications
  • Ideally Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline such as Pipeline Engineering, Subsea Pipeline Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
