Job Summary

The Electrical Supervisor will join our Construction Management team as an Electrical systems owner on pharmaceutical projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, promoting a positive safety culture and demonstrating strong knowledge of HSE practices.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) and Inspection Test Records (ITR's).
  • Attend/Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards.
  • Manage the closeout of relevant punch list items to ensure project/system completion.
  • Review and approval of turnover documentation ensuring documentation meets project and client requirements.
  • Coordinate and witness commissioning activities.
  • Attend meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors.
  • Provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate with project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision.
