Laundry Operative Job Description

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Laundry Operative at Hilton Hotels, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the linen room, ensuring that all linens are available for all departments as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure linen is available for all departments as requested
  • Maintain cleanliness of the linen room
  • Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage
  • Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
  • Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system
  • Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
  • Flexibility to work late shifts
  • Methodical and well-organized
