Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Operative to join our team at Blue Arrow. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line, including assembly, inspection, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate various hand-held and powered tools, including drills, saws, and sanders
- Inspect products for defects and quality issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
