About the Job
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Highbridge. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for partnering with Line Managers and Senior Leaders to deliver our People Plan across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a leading business, collaborating closely with the Centers of Expertise to make a real impact.

Job Description
This role involves working closely with the Senior HRBP to identify and resolve root causes of people challenges, providing expert advice and actionable solutions. You will also support ethical compliance including SEDEX audits and modern slavery risk assessments. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs, coordinate employee surveys, and drive engagement at every level of the business. You will also work closely with Learning & Development teams to build capability and upskill managers.

Requirements
- Proven relationship builder with excellent coaching, influencing, and challenging skills.
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of business priorities and the role HR plays in achieving success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information across all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver with a pragmatic approach to resolving issues and moving initiatives forward.
