Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.
Your Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex conditions, including tracheostomy care and tracheal suctioning.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
