Principal Scientist Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scientist Project Leader to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will provide scientific expertise and leadership across the ADC product range, collaborating with Engineering, Regulatory, Commercial, Quality, Clinical Affairs & Research & Development organizations worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a technical workstream, providing day-to-day direction, problem-solving, and trial design support for new technologies in the field of small product, large volume manufacturing.
  • Closely collaborating with Sensor Development and Sensor Innovation teams to identify workstreams in the space of New Product Development and Transfer.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive innovation and growth in our R&D organization.
