About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Line Associate to join our team at Proman, based in Burnaston, Derby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on our production line, responsible for running one of our manufacturing processes and building an element of the Toyota Hybrid Corolla.
  • Ensure quality by confirming and inspecting products.
  • Take ownership of improving the condition of your process and implementing improvement ideas.
Working Conditions

You will be working within one of our main production areas, including Body shop, Weld, Paint shop, Plastics shop, or Assembly. We are also hiring into the Business Revenue Centre for Used Vehicle Refurbishments and accessory fitting.

Requirements
  • The ability to follow standardised work and build to the same quality every time.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good levels of attendance.
  • Flexibility to carry out overtime when required.
  • Be physically able to carry out manual work.
  • Enthusiastic and committed.

Salary Details

The salary for this role includes a base rate of £13.22 per hour, plus shift allowances of £1.10 for morning shifts and £3.26 for late shifts. The estimated annual salary is £31,231, with overtime paid at a premium.
