Your Impact
  • You will oversee underwriting for Personal Insurances within agreed standards, limitations, and authority on allocated accounts.
  • Determine the desirability of new risks and approach renewals through business proposals, claims history, company information, broker contacts, and other impacted lines of business.
  • Serve as the focal point for delegated authorities, managing contractual reviews as required.
  • Utilize designated Underwriting systems and processes to manage underwriting and information tracking, inputting data consistently and accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer-centric service to brokers through timely and proactive approaches.
  • Exhibit sales-oriented behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.
  • Generate new business by building and expanding relationships across the market.
Your Success Factors
  • A proven track record of writing and managing large premium Group PA & Travel accounts.
  • In-depth understanding of Group A&H technical underwriting topics and their interaction with other lines of business, actuarial pricing, reserving, and claims handling.
  • Strong commercial skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to create presentations or briefing notes and communicate with senior management and executive-level audiences.
