Early Years Educator Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) to join our team at Blossom Tree Nursery School.

About the Job

  • Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.

About You

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or working with children under the age of 5.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

  • A competitive salary from £23,920 to £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours).
