Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer

The role of Senior Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineer at Total Resourcing Ltd involves supporting the principal EC&I engineer in delivering design projects or leading small EC&I project tasks with the support of other engineers. These designs cover the full project life cycle from concept design through to manufacture and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of estimates and project proposals.
- Managing and working to project schedules.
- Clarifying EC&I requirements at all levels.
- Providing technical solutions from customer requirements and initial concepts.
- Coordinating EC&I activities necessary to provide design solutions to the project.
- Continuous learning and development in all areas of engineering.
- Producing project deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
- Checking and providing design feedback.
- Adhering to company and statutory H&S policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HNC or equivalent in electrical or control engineering.
- Membership of a recognised Engineering Institute.
- Incorporated Engineer or working towards.
- Understanding of EC&I aspects within a complex project environment.
- Knowledge of nuclear health and safety and construction regulations.
- Experience at all stages of the design lifecycle.
