About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day commercial aspects of one or more refurbishment contracts, including estimating works, preparing cost/value reconciliation reports, and agreeing final accounts with subcontractors. You will work closely with our Commercial Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a national or regional main contractor.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering refurbishment projects and maintenance contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
