Regional Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Chef to join our team at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. As a Regional Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations in the London area, ensuring that our nurseries provide high-quality food and dining experiences for our children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary services
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our children and families
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with our nutrition team to provide healthy and nutritious meals
  • Manage kitchen budgets and inventory to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a chef in a commercial or domestic setting
  • Passion for nutrition and inspiring healthy eating habits
  • Food Safety CIEH L2 or above (or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of COSHH and managing dietary requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
