Job Summary

WIN Waste Innovations is a leading waste management company seeking a highly skilled Associate Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the optimal operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with computers, laptops, printers, and other equipment.
  2. Coordinate and build new computer setups for employees, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  3. Support the development and implementation of new technologies, such as kiosks, digital displays, and meeting room equipment.
  4. Prepare and maintain documentation for the IT department and end-users.
  5. Report on asset inventory and software compliance.
  6. Assist in the evaluation, testing, and selection of solutions to support operations and the enterprise.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to support strategic project work.
  8. Ensure security procedures and standards are implemented and enforced.
  9. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  10. Manage inventory of peripheral devices and systems.
  11. Repair or replace damaged hardware.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest versions of operating systems and technologies.

Requirements

  1. Prefer a certificate in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  2. 3-5+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
