At Dedicate Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid role that requires travel to schools across the UK. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to trust schools, enabling them to deliver high-quality services and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting and budgeting, with a proven track record of providing strategic financial insights and advice to senior leaders. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including free parking, a pension package, staff perks, and an Employee Assistance Programme. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to travel regularly to schools across the UK.
