Job Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our supported living service in Whalley Range, Manchester. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Collaborate with the Area Team Leader or Registered Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans
- Foster positive relationships with families and external organizations
- Drive a manual UK vehicle as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as social work or health and social care
- Experience in supported living, preferably with a focus on person-centered care
- A willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
