Become a key member of our Commercial Recoveries team at Blake Morgan LLP in Southampton as a Commercial Paralegal - Litigation. This FTC (12 months) role involves managing debt recovery and/or return of goods cases, with practical training provided to assist with tasks such as issuing Court proceedings, negotiating with Defendants, and obtaining and enforcing County Court Judgments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing debt recovery and/or return of goods cases
  • Issuing Court proceedings and negotiating with Defendants
  • Working on pre-litigation collections strategies

We require a strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A legal background or previous experience within a law firm is essential, and team management experience is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
