About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MFL Instructor to join our team. As an MFL Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality language education to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons that cater to various learning styles.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students in developing their language skills and cultural awareness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching MFL at secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
